did i misunderstood the fact that the default attributes would be 20-20-20-20-19?
all attributes are still 17-17-17-17-17 ,so the current remap has no use ?

Are you saying that you do not have a free neural remap available? You should see this information in your 'Attributes' tab.

if you are missing a character on your account then you should submit a petition and let the Game Masters investigate that for you.

Yeh, for us MAC users some more info would be greatly appreciated.
Since we simply cant log on, and we are not hearing much except its noted that we cant do anything.

I have used this computer for years on EVE without a single issue. But since Incursion was introduced I have had this issue ever since. However it stopped after the first micro-update after the first wave of Incursion was released. But with the second wave release it is back.
I have tried updating my Drivers, re-downloading the Client, and setting all the graphics to minimum. Nothing has prevented the total system crash.
I have tried EVE on a laptop which doesn't have half the capabilities of my desktop computer and it runs just fine. However the Laptop is running Windows 7. Could this somehow be related to it being a 64 bit system?
Please Help.
Have you tried running the repair tool?
